This treaty provides the basis for a worldwide coherent measurement system that underpins scientific discovery and innovation, industrial manufacturing and international trade, as well as the improvement of the quality of life and the protection of the global environment.2024 年*計量日的主題是“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”，選擇這一主題，是因為多種測量對于促進(jìn)*經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展都至關(guān)重要。例子包括工業(yè)、建筑和交通中的能耗測量，農(nóng)業(yè)和林業(yè)資源管理，污染源確定，以及環(huán)保目標(biāo)的設(shè)定。準(zhǔn)確測量汽車尾氣排放和燃料消耗，對于遵守交通法規(guī)和設(shè)計可持續(xù)的交通方案至關(guān)重要。通過準(zhǔn)確測量對生產(chǎn)流程和廢物流進(jìn)行評估和管理，有助于更好地履行環(huán)境管理職責(zé)。The theme for World Metrology Day 2024 is Sustainability, chosen for its relevance to various measurement opportunities crucial for fostering a sustainable global economy and environment. Examples include measuring energy use in industries, buildings and transportation, managing resources in agriculture and forestry, identifying pollution sources, and setting targets for environmental protection. Accurate measurements of vehicle emissions and fuel consumption are vital for regulatory compliance and designing sustainable transportation options. The assessment and management of manufacturing processes and waste streams, facilitated by accurate measurements, contribute to improved environmental stewardship.縱觀*，各國國家計量院致力于通過開發(fā)和驗證各種復(fù)雜*的新測量技術(shù)，持續(xù)推動測量科學(xué)進(jìn)步。同時，積極參加國際計量局（BIPM）或區(qū)域計量組織開展的測量比對，以確保*測量結(jié)果的可靠。Across the world, national metrology laboratories continually advance measurement science by developing and validating new measurement techniques at the necessary level of sophistication. The national metrology institutes participate in measurement comparisons coordinated by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM) or by the Regional Metrology Organizations, to ensure the reliability of measurement results worldwide.國際法制計量組織（OIML）制定“國際建議”，旨在實現(xiàn)多領(lǐng)域相關(guān)要求的*一致性和協(xié)調(diào)性，并通過實施國際法制計量組織證書互認(rèn)制度（OIML-CS），促進(jìn)法制管理的計量器具的國際互認(rèn)和*貿(mào)易。The International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) develops International Recommendations, which aim to align and harmonize requirements worldwide in many fields. In November 2023, a significant milestone was reached as the UNESCO General Conference, during its 42nd Session, officially recognized the celebration on 20 May annually.
